Ware Samaritans in the Community
At
Ware branch we have a team of volunteers who also take our work out into the community.
The work of our outreach team includes:
- school talks
- adult talks
- hospital visiting
- attendance at major incidents
- manning stands at local events such as Ware carnival and Broxbourne Council’s open day
- attendance, along with other branches in the region, at major events such as the Cambridge Folk Festival
- providing publicity and awareness materials.
